How long is the timeline to manufacture & deliver lanyards?
It will take about 10-12 days for us to produce and deliver lanyards to you. However, we also need to consider your order quantity, delivery location, and all other factors.
What is the minimum order quantity for customizing lanyards?
The minimum order quantity for medals is 50 pcs for identical lanyard designs. We can also create 30 pcs of lanyards but, the cost per piece will be much higher when the quantity is low.
Where can I get the price list of lanyards?
You can consult with us to have our price list and quotations. If the designs are beyond your budget, we will advise you on reducing certain aspects of the lanyard while still maintaining the “boom” factors.
I don't have a lanyards design yet. How do I order custom-made lanyards?
You are welcome to speak to our representative so we can guide you on the designing stage. However, we encourage clients to have their designs, even just illustrations.
What is the material of the lanyards?
Polyester fabric is most commonly used in lanyard productions. It is lightweight and can be easily dyed yet sturdy, durable and cost-effective.
What are the return and refund policies?
We provide replacements and refunds for defective items. Please take a photo of the faulty items and contact us. However, the return policy is only valid for 7 days from the received date.
Which color mode is best for the lanyard design?
Please ensure your artworks are in CMYK color mode for the best printing results
Can you come to our place for a meeting?
Yes, but only within Kuala Lumpur area. Others will be online meetings.
